Job Description:
- Solid understanding of networking, software installation, configuration, and
- troubleshooting techniques, with the ability to provide support in person, by phone, or using remote tools.
- Expertise in Windows operating systems, O365, Teams, and OneDrive applications, including troubleshooting methods.
- Good Experience in installing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Proficient with IT ticketing tools and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge about data backup processes.
- Experienced in managing IT assets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
