Job Description:

• Solid understanding of networking, software installation, configuration, and 
• troubleshooting techniques, with the ability to provide support in person, by phone, or using remote tools.
• Expertise in Windows operating systems, O365, Teams, and OneDrive applications, including troubleshooting methods.
• Good Experience in installing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Proficient with IT ticketing tools and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge about data backup processes.
• Experienced in managing IT assets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
